I have my first several weeks ago here in Cambridge! Where I volunteer garden they tell me that it is best to re-pot lillies every year. This way the lily beetle is stopped from hibernating in the soil and you are also able to get rid of vine weevil grubs that an do untold damage. Of course, the re-potting does not stop those that fly in prospecting…..
